Lake Bled - undoubtedly one of the most visited natural attractions in Slovenia. The ultimate magical setting surrounded by an alpine landscape, with a medieval castle sitting on a clifftop, and features an island that has a small yet enchanting church on it, the Baroque Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Mary containing fresco fragments from the 15th century.

Lake Bohinj situated in the middle of the Triglav National Park, only 26 km southwest from famous Lake Bled. It is the best-kept secret of Europe and certainly "must-see" in Slovenia. The largest natural lake in Slovenia (4.2 km long and 1 km at its maximum width), best known for its motive of a stone bridge and the Church of St. John the Baptist. It is also the perfect alternative to Lake Bled.

Soča Valley connects Slovenia’s highest mountains with the Adriatic Sea. It is one of the most popular outdoor destinations in Europe. Its emerald Soča River is one of the most pristine Alpine rivers because of numerous waterfalls and playful cascades, pools and ravines which offer unforgettable adventure. The unique beauty of nature was also recognised by the filmmakers of The Chronicles of Narnia, who filmed some of the most exciting scenes on the Soča River.

Memorial Church of the Holy Spirit in Javorca (local: Church of Sveti Duh on Javorca) – located high above the bed of the Tolminka River. The church celebrates the fallen Austro-Hungarian defenders of the Isonzo Frontbattlefield (1915–1917). This most beautiful World War I memorial in Slovenia is an important European historical and cultural heritage which received European Heritage Labelin 2018.

Tolmin Gorge - a spectacle of nature in pristine surroundings. The lowest and southernmost entry point into the Triglav National Park and one of the most important sights of nature in Slovenia. Located at the confluence of Tolminka and Zadlaščica streams. Both streams have carved deep gorges into the rocks. A beautiful walk in nature (2.5 km), between bridges, caves and crystal clear water. Worth a visit!

Cheese tasting on a family-run eco farm. The Bohinj Valley is famous for a long and rich history in the dairy industry stretching back to the 13th century. The Bohinj cheeses being some of the best in the country, especially the delicious fresh cottage cheese ‘skuta’ as well as the local speciality ‘Mohant’. This very piquant cheese is traditionally made in remote places. It is protected in EU under the mark of Protected Geographical Indication.

Tasting authentic shepherd's food: sour milk and žganci (buckwheat mush), jota (bean and sauerkraut hotpot), ričet (barley stew), sausage with sauerkraut, buckwheat žganci or rolled dumplings with cottage cheese known as štruklji.
