ReArt Festival of Arts and Creativity is a popular summer festival held in Osijek, the capital of the Slavonia & Baranja region in Eastern Croatia.
This festival of creation and development of urban culture creates a platform for art, approaches the audience to artists, supports creative people in a representation of their work, promotes a culture of recycling, and creates a favourable social atmosphere.
ReArt thereby connects creativity, art, science and ecology in response to the theme of a particular literary work, and revives forgotten various places within the city of Osijek.
The theme of this year's edition of the ReArt Festival 2021 is the literary work ′Little Prince', fable and modern classic by French aviator and writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The simple tale tells the story of a child, the little prince, who travels the universe gaining wisdom. It has captured the hearts of readers around the world since he first appeared in 1943.
Although children are following the school online this year, our creativity through art culture is still expressed, so this year's edition of the festival is dedicated to children and youth.
The interest of young people, but also other ages is increasing, therefore ReArt gathers a large spectrum of diversity.
ReArt festival aims to achieve recognition of the city of Osijek and the region of Slavonia and Baranja as a cultural and urban centre and a place for art and diversity. It also promotes and enriches the tourist offer of the city and Eastern Croatia.
