Basic Information

The Mindfulness Retreat with Horses is a four-day educational and experiential program that combines mindfulness practice, personal development, and work with horses in a natural environment. The aim of the program is to develop greater awareness, emotional balance, intuition, and inner stability.

Your Home for Four Transformative Days

Set in the peaceful beauty of Istria, 3.5 km from Medulin, our retreat location offers the perfect blend of open fields and quiet corners for reflection and contemplation. You’ll enjoy nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, and plenty of time to simply be.

The program includes:

  • Accommodation for 3 nights / 4 days in double rooms.
  • Half board (breakfast and dinner).
  • One non-alcoholic drink with dinner.
  • Horse excursion and horseback riding.
  • All workshops, lectures, and learning materials.

The program does Not include:

  • Transportation to the accommodation (VELANERA Hotel & Restaurant in Šišan, 3,5 km from Medulin).
  • Transportation to the Ranch Istra Star (5 km from the accommodation).
  • Alcoholic beverages.

This retreat offers a unique blend of personal development, mindfulness practice, and equine-assisted experiences, guided by qualified experts with deep experience working with both groups and individuals. Program Organizer and Facilitator: The program is led by Maja Prović — a certified mindfulness coach, motivational speaker, and author of books on mindfulness and personal development, with 17 years of experience as a horse owner and rider..
