Place: Terme Sveti Martin, 4*, the first Healthness Resort in Europe. It is located in the green hills of the Međimurje Region in Northern Croatia, just 110 km from Zagreb, the capital city.  It blends thermal healing, wellness, sports, and sustainable living into a unique retreat experience.

PROGRAM | 4 days/3 nights

DAY 1 – SILENCE & PRESENCE  (Maja Prović / MINDFUL LEADERSHIP, A3 ACADEMY)

• Arrival, check-in and welcome tea ceremony.
• Introductory mindfulness practice: “The Silence of the Mind – the Beginning of Renewal”.
• Understanding the 5 attitudes of mindfulness in practice: trust, acceptance, patience, letting go and beginner’s mind.
• Introspective mindfulness practice – SILENT EATING
• Evening meditation BREATH - releasing tension and restoring gentle energy flow.


DAY 2 – LEAKY GUT – MESSAGE FROM THE GUT  (Ružica Matić/ PROIMMUN)

• Morning mindful walk and breathing practice to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
• PROIMMUN lectures and workshop: How can we recognise and align the messages of our “second brain” – the gut?
Topics include:
• practical ways to calm the nervous system through the digestive system
• how breathing, nutrition and awareness support gut–brain communication
• gut regeneration for mental clarity and emotional balance

    • The energetic flow between body and consciousness.

DAY 3 – ENERGY & BALANCE  (Dr VesnaMudrinić/ SATORI)

  • Through Do-In practices, acupressure, conscious breathing and energy meditations, participants will learn how to:
    • restore energy flow
    • calm the mind
    • awaken natural vitality
  • The program combines Eastern wisdom and modern science into an experience that supports physical regeneration and deep presence.
  • It is based on the ancient principle that the body is the map of the soul — the place where emotions, thoughts and energy meet and create our reality.

Topics & Goals:    
• Understanding the body as an energetic instrument – how physical and emotional states reflect through meridians and inner maps of awareness.
• Learning to recognise energetic blockages and activate self-regulation through touch and breath.
• Acupuncture points of awareness – accessing emotion, memory and peace through the body.
• Understanding the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) and their influence on emotions, vitality and balance.
• Developing a personal ritual of presence and trust in one's inner wisdom.
• Silent dinner with an anti-inflammatory menu and journaling reflection.

Evening Ritual - Elements of Strength & Grounding:
• Walking barefoot on the earth, connecting with natural elements.
• Guided visualisation practice “Anchoring in the Body”.


DAY 4 – LEAVING WITH LIGHTNESS

• Journaling: “The New Me”
• Circle of gratitude and integration
• Personal closing ritual and farewell
• Departure until 10:00 a.m.


The program includes:

• Comfortable accommodation for 4 days/3 nights in shared double rooms.
• Single room available with a 120 EUR surcharge.
• Healthy and homemade buffet breakfast with unlimited drinks (coffee, homemade juice, homemade tea).
• Unlimited swimming in the thermo-mineral pool complex, The Temple of Life (night swimming until 11 p.m. - on Fridays, Saturdays and the day before holidays).
• Unlimited use of the hotel fitness centre and the fitness centre in the sports hall.
• All guided sessions, workshops, lectures, and learning materials.
• Access to nature trails and quiet spaces.

The program does not include:

• Transportation to the accommodation (Terme Sv. Martin in Međimurje Region, 110 km from Zagreb Capital City).
• Meals and beverages not included in the section „The program includes“.

Practical Details

A luxurious 4-day retreat combining three complementary approaches:

  • Mindfulness & Awareness – calming the nervous system, reducing cortisol and activating inner peace.
  • Gut Science– the neurobiology of digestion – the second brain, a source of calm, intuition and clarity.
  • Acupuncture & Energy Work– balancing energy meridians, stimulating circulation and releasing energetic blockages.

Program Organiser and Facilitator: The program is led by Maja Prović, a certified mindfulness coach, motivational speaker, and author of books on mindfulness and personal development. In case of cancellation, the paid amount may be applied toward services offered by Maja Prović (retreats, educational programs, analyses, consultations and other services) upon agreement.
