The Summer at Matos festival will be held in a green oasis of the beautiful Mazuranic Square in Zagreb, next to the Croatian National Theatre and near the Zagreb Main Railway Station/Glavni Kolodvor. It is one of Zagreb’s most popular summer festivals and a favourite meeting place of all generations.
The organisers of the Matoš Summer Festival have created a vibrant and diverse street‑food selection that’s sure to satisfy every taste. Visitors can indulge in delicious burgers and pizzas, a local version of the popular Philly cheese, authentic Mexican cuisine, chicken wings and strips, and sweet surprises. It will also offer a wide range of vegan dishes such as veggie burgers, balls and hot dogs.
And for refreshments, you can choose from a variety of beers and cocktails. For larger groups seeking a unique experience, a cocktail served in a watermelon is a fun option.
For adults, there are great sets by our DJs and bands (various musical genres such as jazz, funk, rock and pop will satisfy diverse musical tastes), a gastronomic offer of the finest street food, and for kids, shows, face painting, workshops, animations and sports games in the shade.
